ECO discussion paper on Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSDGC) governance. govrnsECO
ECO sponsored town hall meetings in 2014 and 2015 on MSDGC Sewer Rates and proposed changes to the Sewer Rate Structure.
ECO has collaborated with residents of Wooden Shoe Hollow to improve the MSDGC’s proposed sewer overflow project to include green infrastructure, eliminate overflows onto people’s property and include addressing neighbors concerns.
ECO’s past efforts have included reducing air and water pollution at AK Steel, reducing toxic styrene emissions at Willard Industries, reducing toxic air pollution from Morton International (bought by Rohm and Haas) and reducing toxics from Cincinnati Specialties.
